Aeroponics is the next level of hydroponics. Aeroponics is different to hydroponics in that the roots are surrounded by a nutrient mist instead of direct water. The roots hang in a chamber where they are sprayed/misted with the nutrient solution. These systems offer a clean root environment and the perfect combination of oxygen and water producing explosive growth and strong healthy plants with good root systems.
